Shipping
Shipping timelines vary depending on the nature of the piece. Ready-to-wear items typically ship within 3–5 business days, while made-to-order and custom pieces follow their stated production timelines prior to shipment.
Estimated timelines will be confirmed before order approval.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Lamide Togun is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.
International Orders
International shipping is available.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
Custom and bridal orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
For ready-to-wear items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Requests must be made prior to returning the item.
Alterations are available for custom pieces to ensure the best possible fit. Any concerns must be communicated within 3 days of receiving your order.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required to begin all custom and made-to-order projects.
The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery or shipment.
Production will not begin until the deposit has been received. Orders will not be released until full payment has been completed.
Consultation Fees
A consultation is required for all custom projects.
Standard consultation: $75
Bridal consultation: $100+
Rush project consultation: priced upon request
Consultation fees are non-refundable and required to secure your design session.
Production & Timeline
Production timelines vary depending on the nature of the piece and will be communicated during the consultation phase.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, attending fittings (if required), and responding in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability and will incur an additional fee.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
